man, mechanisto does the crappiest stars ive ever seen. theyre just supposed to be dots, no fading or anything. otherwise, its great. keep up the good work man

Personally, I've found that a little tinkering with the photoshop noise filters can make some really nice stars.

I would changed sun(big shining object) image. Try Knoll Lense Flare for Photoshop, it's really cool.
