Thats seriously cool. I have long been waiting that somebody would do any plug-in I wanted. I visited your site, but the About us section is contradicting. On the one hand, it says "For the moment, we only do EVN plugs". On the other hand, it says "If you have ordered an EVO plug, which is all we do for now". So I was confused if you did Nova or EVO plugs, until I read the topic title: Greenleaf Software EVO Plugs. I suggest you clear it up so other visitors wont be confused. But if you do EVO plugs, I have two suggestions: 1. Making the BioRelay Laser from Nova buyable in EVO. Ive always wanted to see how this super-powerful weapon would work against EVO ships. 2. Making the Enchanched Azdara buyable. After flying the Azdara, I want to try how additional shielding (30 vs Azdaras 18) and the fastest shield regeneration thats possible in EVO (1 unit every 1 frame) feels. You see them only in the last Adzgari mission, and its a shame you cant buy them.
------------------ I am eager to try to ansver mission questions
If you're good or lucky however, you can capture one of the enhanced aradas. In that way it wouldn't be cheating either, as it's in the game
Really? terribily sorry!, for one thing, I cant seem to remember my passwort to put aney orders(free) on the web, but for a second, I cant do EVN plugs, only EVO, but I might have a way to grt them you all the same.

One question: Why did you use some dopey template? The site looks like you threw it together in about five minutes. I think you can do better, seriously. I'm not a web designer, mind you, but my site's better better. That's not saying much, except that I have about half the number of spelling errors, and I didn't use a template.
Anyway, be original. Even if it is white on black and blah like mine...

Looking at your friends, I'd say you're not much over 12 years, sooo, just to your credit, if you managed to put together a website at your age, you're better than most... Being a webdesigner or not.....

I put together a tiny little website a little more than 6 years ago. It's still around (url="http://"http://www.evula.com/")somewhere,(/url) too.
Edit: Relevant information: 6 years ago I was 14. A little older than 12, but not by much. sigh I feel old all of a sudden...

Citing ways that a website should/could be improved upon is always much nicer than just saying "your website sucks" (or something similar).

I think I'll do that.
first: I am so totally sorry for bashing your website. I think it's the greatest thing that anyone can put content on the web for free. So, keep up the halfhearted efforts using templates and flashy ads, I love it.
1. You might want to add some more banners, they really help the spirit of the site.
2. Use two or three different templates for each page on the site. Everybody loves diversity.
3. rite lik u do in aim. nevr capz nething, and spehl everything diff from howe a nermal persen rites. keep on the dl!!!1!!!1!1!
4. Never, ever, ever, be sarcastic.
EDIT: Ok, when I first stumbled over this board I was an idiot. I could write and spell fine, I was just too lazy. I got inspired, just by reading all the posts here that are actually well-written. So now I wonder why the heck I was dumb enough to write badly when it's so much better to write well... And I find halfhearted attempts at "companies" incredibly irritating. That's what the (url="http://"http://www.ambrosiasw.com/games/evo/addons.html")Addons(/url) page is for, for crying out loud...

Thank you EVula and Double_Zero, I will follow your advice as best I can, but the best thing with Greenleaf Software is that rather than looking through the addons page for the numerouse plugs that you need and not finding all the changes you want, I make the plugs and as one or as seperate plugs, so long as it isent rewriting the game.

You'll want to test the plugs with others before you send them out, to make sure they're compatible.
For instance, if your plug screws with my Armor Display plug, your plug will go. I refuse to fight those Voinian pukes blind.

Sure (I refuse too).
You refuse to, also.
He's referring to beta testing. I'm going to try and explain the concept behind it here.
As DZ pointed out, few people want to play with a plugin that messes up the other mods that they've worked with. Now, naturally, you might not want to test your plugin's compatibility with every single other plug out there. I'm not suggesting you should.
But for some of the plugins that a lot of people have downloaded, you might want to beta test your plugin with those, and include the information regarding to what plugins it doesn't work with in a read me file that you package with your plugin.
Beta testing is done to work out any bugs that may come as a result of the modifications you are making. For example, most if not all gaming companies—including Ambrosia—test their games before putting them on the market. Beta testers are usually cited in the credits. For many of the total conversion plugins for EVC, EVO, and EVN, beta testers are also involved. The idea is that the bugs or hassles are found by people who would be playing the game or using the plugin, and the input the designers get from the testers is taken into account so that the plugin or game, when it is released to the general public, is more appealing to the market.
I hope that clears that up, and I hope that information was helpful.
Peace, Solel
