I know that you find Anna in PAREEN STATION but the problem with PAREEN STATION is It stopped construction. : ( Can people tell me how to finish it.

1: Keep doing shipments to Parreen Station from the Mission BS 3-4 times. 2. I think you go to Knox to finsh it. You have to rescue a Vonnain Deflecter from a suttle.. first. Get that mission from Knox 3. Then you escort the Vonnain to Parreen station and it will be compleate.
1. Anna Broshovia doesn't start on Parreen station it starts on Tali (below Knox)

um i did the entire string of for the UE and allied aliens and stuff, went to that outpost omicron didn't get any new missions, i am either a role model or upstanding citizen in all UE sectors, i visited new taranto too, i didn't get the mission, can someone tell me how to get it?
It requires an Ultimate Combat Rating.

How do you get missions to build pareen station?
I got a mission or 2 of bringing stuff to pareen but thats it.
so far i have destroyed teh vonian outpost and captured the other 2 one near the emalgha and the one that UE commander gets(in the missions i mean) and saved the hinawar planets and gotten the UE cruiser so what next???

You need to keep checking the mission computer for UE: Delivery to Pareen Station missions and after about 3 or 4 go to bars around UE space.

Yes, and you drop him off at Knox. That's the only way to explain picking up the defector from Knox to drop him off at Paaren station.
I'm too lazy to jump to other UE systems to find the Paaren station cargo delivery missions. Usually, I try to find those mission on Paaren. If I don't, I just accept some other mission and abort it until the Paaren station cargo delivery mission shows up.

to find Balashova, do u have to look around everywhere in UE space?
I've been looking near Mestor and I can't find her. I went on a site that said (I don't remember too well) that sh'ell be in UE bars for twenty percent of the time on any UE government planet.

SCREAMS This wasn't as difficult when I was playing the game.. Back when you had to fly a shuttle through blinding photon storms without any shields, at 6AM mind you, every day.. and we did it gladly!
Anyway, heregoes (they're In-game steps, to make it interesting. there's actually only 4 missions or so.)
1. Get mission to rescue voinian defector (any UE system I think, I got it on earth. I'd like to point out that you can't get it on outpost stations, technically they're a seperate government.. Arg, the troubles of plug-in making..)
2. Ok, you take him to Earth.
3. After the shuttle transport is disabled by a voinian fleet in Eltor, you rescue him again and take him to Knox.
4. Get Ultimate combat rating.
5. keep landing and taking off from Knox until you get an encrypted note on your table.
6. Follow note to dock.
7. meet with governor of Knox. He tells you to find the kidnapped Anna Balashova! (and steal back the new warship designs as quickly as possible)
8.You search for her, and find her on a somewhat organinzed human renegade station, and meet with the infamous "Captains of ********" They tell you the kidnapper was even rebelling against the renegades, and to find him. He was last seen ******"
9. Find information.
10. Disable an insanely powerful turncoat, and get Anna B, and take her to knox (I think)

It is supposed to be in NEW TARANTO. Ultimate Rating is correct. But it only requires an Ultimate Rating with u.E.
