I've been playing EVO again and i'm ready to go play Reign and here we go again! The voinian Empire disappears, so I go off and land on Earth, take the ROUTE setup mission land on Earth again, take off, look at the Map and Guess what? Still no Voinian Empire. Gotta love this part, so what important thing have I done wrong?

Hey Overrider! I just played ROTUE and I think it's the coolest! I dunno if you read the "ReadMe," but you either have to 1)Complete the UE Objective; Complete the Voinian Dreadnaught missions; Complete the Kirrim Prime missions AND I suggest completing the Anna Balashova (UE Cruiser) missions or 2)Use the ROTUE Setup missions. I used a pilot that had done all the missions and then did the ROTUE Setup missions. I had no problems. At first, I started to use my favorite ship, which is the Miranu Kestrel. Unfortunately, underneath the picture of the MK was the title "Invincinaught." I had to use a Crescent Warship instead. When you get to the minefield mission, don't destroy all the mines! I had to destroy some to get to the station, but when I "undocked," I found out I was surrounded by the mines, so I decided to destroy them all. That was a bad move on my part. When all the mines were destroyed, the UE was mad at me, so I went back to where I was before destroying them. Just destroy the ones you have to! I loved this plug! I think you'll like it, too! BTW: if you haven't already got it, d/l the "ROTUE Invincinaught Fix," otherwise your first shot on the Invincinaught will cause it to streak across to the other side of your screen where you can't get at it! Hope this helps!

That's my problem, I've played through the missions I needed and i'd done the 2 ROUTE setup missions but still no Voinian empire.

Hey Overrider! I think I see the problem. I checked the plug with "MissionComputer" and according to it, there are actually three Setup Missions, not two!

3? I've done two, but where's the third? I've looked every where!
As it's listed (numerically), the first two come near the beginning of the list, and the last comes near the end. However, why would there be a "Setup" near the end? Tell you what, I'll replay the plug and see what happens. I didn't have a problem with it. I enjoyed it, as a matter of fact. I'll let ya know! Right now I'm into "Galaxy's Edge" and have run into a problem. But that can wait!

I must have accidentally thrown out the pilot file (meant to save it), so I can't play until all the required missions are done. Still, the Missions Computer says there are three, with the last one coming third from last. I dunno what to tell ya. My suggestion is to start with a fresh pilot, go through the required missions, put in the plug, do the Setup Missions, then begin. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

I'm not sure, but the third one probably comes up near the end of the string, though why put a "Setup" mission there when you need it at the beginning is a puzzler. I must have tossed out my pilot file, so I'm working my way through the necessary strings/threads. For the first time in I don't know how long, Hector has begun to attack. My intro screen says I've had the game for over 450 days and played it over 120 hours. That is wrong, for I only d/l'ed it several months ago. As I remember from when I was playing on my iMac, his attacks get steadily worse. I wish someone would write a plug making Hector a Galactic Scourge and having everyone attack him when he comes into the system after me.
Well, I was wrong in saying the third one may come near the end. It comes near the end when I use MissionComputer to list the missions. However, I completed the UE Objective (did UE string/aided Huron/aided Emalgha/aided Hinwar), rescued Voinian defector (twice), rescued Anna Balashova, and did the Kirrim Prime string. I then put in the ROTUE and Invincinaught Fix plugs, landed back on Earth (I guess you can get them wherever you are), and saw all three on the Mbbs, took them, went to Outpost Omicron and started the string. If you didn't do one/some of the above, that may be the reason you only got two Setup Missions. Also, I didn't do any other strings/threads other than the above. Hope yours turns out well!
Thanks but it's ok. I downloaded No music 1.1 and put it in and everything was there if I strarted a new pilot. Already beat it and enjoyed every moment Great work Patriot.
Glad you got it working, though I do like the music. It is a great plug, though, isn't it?

It was enjoyable, and certainly one of the better plug-ins designed for EVO, but I couldn't help noticing all the "little things". And I just wish the UE dreadnought was made for non-MAGMA (I love EV MAGMA, but never thought much of the EVO one, due to what it did to my Crescent fighter.)

The UE Dreadnought was sort of done for non-Magma...it'll work without the Magma, at least. Personally, I don't like the way that Magma works...

Do you mean Magma's design of the UE Dreadnaught? If so, all I can tell you from what I've seen is that basically it looks like they took the UE Cruiser and the carrier and slapped them together, just a small tweek here and there to spit out the final design.

Excuse me, need a little help please. On the "Hueygan's Heroes" mission, the planet I'm supposed to be landing on won't let me. Has anyone else had this problem?
If I recall, you have to land on a secret UE base. Try pressing F4 or F3, Secret UE Base should be displayed where the planet name normally is shown. I could be thinking of the wrong mission though...
