Well after reading the RoC 3 thread. I have come to the conclusion that it seems very complicated. How the heck do you remember all the things that are going on. Seems interesting, but I'll just watch.

Hey,is my ECM System tech OK? It has a 60% chance of jamming any torpedo(or Energy Leeches).

You can have 60% jamming for most torpedoes and 40% jamming for energy leechs, and can upgrade it later if you want. It'll take about 8 posts.

I gave it 7 posts(6 now)-is that OK? Remember I'm going to give it a period for outfitting on all existing vessels. Skraine merchants have to buy it themselves-no WarFleet subsidies for civilians. If not,I'll just tack another post on the end,due to "tuning difficulties".

People!People!Calm down! Currently the only way for ships to get into Eta Cass is through the Wormhole. Unless you have good cloaks like the Tribunals or the Terrans(or basically any cloak),the Skraine will definitely notice you. The Coalition has a large starbase,Sentinel Starbase,in the Haru'El system,and a small fleet in the H-015 system,just beyond the Ross 154 end.
C'mon peoples,you will all be so much happier if you don't fight!
(Raiek,Haorn or Prylak need to apply for colonisation rights within Cassie,as all three are evil bitches. Prylak especially will be attacked on sight)
Oh yeah,Asriel,are ALL your ships capable of sustaining cloak from H-015 through Haru'El,Skrineen and Xu'aan?That is the area in which the Skraine will currently notice uncloaked starships. If not,prepare for First Contact,and the diplomacy will not be nice sneaking through someones backyard is never good neighbourhood policy.
