DeadMan - Yes, I downloaded the file, and expander wouldn't expand it. It would open, and quit. Stuffit Deluxe 6 couldn't even recognize the file.

If you have OS 9, sign up for iTools. You get 20 megs of storage, and there's a "public" folder you can share with any internet user, even if they don't have OS 9. If not, I'd be glad to put your plug in my public folder so anyone can access it.

What you need to do is encode the file in .sit.hqx format. This makes it just about immune to all the bad things that can happen to it online. You encoded it in .bin.sea which is a self-extracting MacBinary format. Try that then upload it.
