It has been a loooooong time since this topic was created. I remember when it was up, all was good... so I, the origianal creator, and posting it again
I have noticed that many questions are repeats, or are one answer questions. So instead of wasting valuable board space, post them here. I will try and answer them as well as I can. If I can't, somone else may be able to. And if they can't, give it it's own topic on the board. This also allows people who just want to ask a question without registering the ability to do so. So post a question!

What's the best way to register EV:O or other Ambrosia games? - I live in Europe - My family are not prepared to submit credit card details via e-mail or a form on a website ... any ideas?
I've just completed the 'Retrieve Cargo' mission, and the ending text told me to go to Muid. So, I went there, but nothing ever happens. I have a 'Pillar of Society' record in the system as well as an Ultimate combat rating. Am I supposed to go somewhere else? Or is it just really hard to get the mission?
Another question would be this; what is the name of the next mission that I'm supposed to get? That might help me look it up in resorcorer and figure out where I'm supposed to go next. This will also help me in a big plug-in for EVO that I'm working on, and I need to know the names of all the Azdgari missions.

Hmmm... could you please be a bit more specific? There are many 'retrieve cargo' missions. If you could clear this up I would be very happy to answer them

There is no such string. Council Station is just there for plugs, which may be where this string is located. Ask around, and look on the downloads page.

The BTC plug starts at Paaren station. Otherwise i dont think any mission starts there

Yeah, but first you need to rescue the Voinian Defector. That mission string starts in UE space, if they like you, and if you've done their first shipping mission.

All right, I've done all the UE missions, like Destroy the Dreadnought and Investigate Abduction, and the UE central objective, The Huron string, and the Needle Jammer string, but I've never gotten a mission at Paaren Station.
P.S. My combat rating is Ultimate.

Dude, in the course of the normal game, you never will. There are no missions. The only missions that start there are in the Beyond the Crescent plug, available on the add-ons page.
I registered by mail using a check, but since I live in the USA, you might want to email them and ask if they accept checks drawn on European banks. I also think that International Money Orders would also be acceptable, but email them first and get the details. Ambrosia's accountant (Jason Whong?) is a good person to work with.
And on the gripping hand, Ambrosia is a good company to work with and they'll cut you as much slack as you need.

P.S. Mechanisto is shareware for $20 and has an extremely high learning curve, but it is a very powerful rendering tool.

The Retrieve Cargo mission for the Azdgari and South Tip Station, with Iathan. But don't worry, I finished that mission, and finally got the next mission in the Azdgari mission string at Muid.
