Apparently, they didn't...it was just speculation on my part. And banning someone requires you to be either a moderator or administrator (andrew)...I'm not sure, really.
Most heard several people and Micah (mod) discussing what they believed to be problems with the way UE General was conducting himself on the polls.
I am sorry to say i did have a part in that discussion but my intention was never to have the general banned. I would be interested to know if Micah talked to you personally and if there was resolution.

Just for all you non-moderators out there (there seems to be less and less of us indeed) I just want to say that only the Administrator has access to ban anyone, none of our moderators can do it.
