You have to admit, as far as bar topics go, this one is pretty pathetic. It goes through long periods of no posts, only a few people are involved, all of the posts are extremely short, etc. The longest posts are just copied from the game and repeated. The most significant posts are about drinks, not Uplink or hacking. As you said, there's a lot of repetition.
The Nova bars are at least somewhat Nova-related, and people put effort into them. The effort is clearly not here, and I only count 16 posts at the most that could be considered Uplink related so far, including the multiple Revelation messages. That's what, 50 unrelated posts?
Sorry if you took offense. I'm just pointing out that, by bar standards, this one is fairly pathetic. I'll leave this alone (for now) if you all want. I'm just giving you the option of ending it while you're only slightly behind. I will be watching this closer though, and if it isn't more Uplink-related, I'll either try to find a place to move it to or close it down completely. This is not a spam forum. This is an Uplink forum.
16 seems a little low. I'll go back and count when I'm not as tired.
The low population of the board is obviously a problem, but it could be the real source of the mediocrity of this bar. Almost no one posts, so you get people trying to stir things up, and mostly failing. (Plus you have people who think they can just come in and kill someone because it's a low population board... or something. The thinking behind this sort of action is unfathomable (by me at least)).

EV Nova bars are also pathetic, but at least people (generally) put some effort into them.
