Yeah, so I'm finally resigning from the Addons page, since I could never keep it updated. I've alerted the Developer Corner mods, and they'll sort out who will be taking over the job for the EV, EVO, and EVN pages. Once they sort who does what, they'll post here to let you know that they are the ones to pester nonstop about stuff.

Okay, to clarify, four of us have been given power over the EV/O/N add-ons pages. What EVula means by sorting things out, is just who will be doing what, and when.
Don't worry, updates will continue, and hopefully much more quickly than before.

Well, it looks like the EVN Addons page just got an update. But, it seems like the most recently submitted plugs were added, rather than those submitted in late March/early April. Is the page going to continue to be updated in reverse order?

Whoops. Forgot to check the dates. Top of the page does not equal the ones to be updated first. I'd better remember that.
In case you're confused, four of us have the power now, and there will be some overlap in updating. The primary responsibility for each one falls upon a specific person, in this case pipeline for Nova. However, in the interests of getting things through quickly, and maintaining some level of redundancy, I may occasionally update the Nova page, and pipeline might occasionally update the EV page. There weren't any EV plugs to deal with when I checked, so I went ahead and did a few for Nova.

Just for clarity's sake, given that everyone's been saying different things at different times, here is a summary:
mrxak is in charge of the EV addons. Soviet mikee is in charge of the EVO addons. pipeline is in charge of the EVN addons.
Myself ( Mazca ) am not directly in charge of any addons page but have access to all of them. The intention is that I'll fill in for people who are away or if a backlog develops.
So basically, those are the people you need to contact about these. Thanks!
I don't suppose Pipeline or someone is able to change the colours on the addons page? My monitor is ageing and losing contrast and I find it really difficult to read the stuff in red.

There is actually a windows plugin page, however, it's basically useless. First, just about all windows plugin makers don't know it exists, and two, there's no easy to find link to the page. So, only a small fraction of all players know it's out there, but those who do don't use it, because last time I checked, it had four plugins on it, all of which are already in the main add-ons page. Also, there's not much point, since you can convert any mac plugin to windows format. Basically, all plugins are windows plugins, some are just easier to use than others.

Help from the carring mac user To convert a mac plug to windows just drop the plug in to the application in the nova folder that says something like convert here or converstion. It comes standard with EV: Nova.

Before you get too far, you will probably want to check out the stuff on this (url="http://"http://www.ev-nova.net/faq/index.php?qid=59&catid;=14")page.(/url) It will teach you hot to set up Stuffit expander correctly and what to do with the files the converter program makes. Also, you will want Stuffit v7.5, it's the only one that works. Once you get the stuffit program, read the guide, set up preferences, and figure out what to do with plugins compressed as .bin and .hqx files, you're all set. The first few times converting are hard, after that, it's drag and drop basically.
