Well my original idea seems like abit hard for someone just starting out playing with EVNEW so i did something abit more simpler thanks very much for all the advice by the way
Many of my plugs will center around my custom build Rebel Destroyer, the Mitsubishi 9000-GT. Even though I can't make a custom grafix for it the Rebel Destroyer reminds me most of my love-car. So this plug in is described below...
Its called Rune Zabers, and it adds a custom made beam weapon to the game. It "the plug itself" is kinda unpolished but the weapon took about 1.5hours to get right. What it does is takes advantage of that huge empty shaft in the middle of the Rebel Destroyer grafix and makes it its main weapon. It discharges a beam that is 3wight 700lenght and does 28mass/28energy dmg. The main beam color is yellow and the corona is really big making a more BOOM look to it... The reload time is about 5secons and in that time you cant use any other weapons. Also the beam has a recoail of 8000 to give it an image of sheer power discharging infront of you. At first the beam and the huge green corona are let loose and about .5 seconds later "maybe 1second later" the corona begins its fall off and the beam thins to a line a tiny bit less than the width of the Destroyer "main weapon shaft", the overall attack lasts maybe 1.5 seconds at the most and has 20 Ionazation. So flying at full speed forward and shooting this main gun will acutally produce enough recoil to stop the ship and know it back maybe 1 ince. standing still and shooting will shoot it back at full speed as i said earlier to produce the discarge of immense energy effect. The sound used is the same one used as the big Polaris Laser on the Raven... Capacitor Pulse I think. I can send it to someone is they wanna try it out or tinker with it. However im still seeking more knowledge. What I need to know is listed below...
~Is there something out there that lists the resources? Visual reprs of what they are if possible. But if not just a list of what is what will be VERY VEEEERRYYYY helpful ^_^
~Also can i get a bit of basic info on how to make the chosen image and description appear in teh outfitter?

There are a few here. I have never used any of them, but I've heard good things about Nova Reference Plus and ResUsedList here.

The weap resource, surprisingly, stores info on Nova's weapons. The name of the weap resource is used as the weapon name in the weaponry section of the status display.", for instance.
-lock them before, but open, observe, spy, counter-spy, the data files. Plugs does just make the game consider the resources in the plug in addition to the resources in the data file (overriding same-numbered resources). Simple observation of the data files can allow you to know which ID to give to the pict that represents one particular outfit ID.

Lol, I tried to make one that did somethign like that. Only, it was more along the lines of a random lottery, and the prize was 5mill. Didn't work at all though, so I scraped it, started my current project.
