By now all of you are probably familiar with our upcoming total conversion, Sephil Saga. Now, coming to you live from the bowels of the Psygnosis Adherent's Photoshop, is a small teaser pic.
This pic, when completed, will be a landing shot for an Asteriod Colony. I rendered all the ships in Bryce 5, and Psygnosis Adherent made everything else. Wow. Looks great. I like the pictures shown in your preview too. I cannot wait till SS comes out. looks forward. One thing you might want to mention to the leaders, is to think about just how big a 400mm or 200mm railgun projectile would be. (about 16 inches and 8 inches in diameter, respectively, and how heavy such a projectile would be. A 400mm slug would easilly weigh over 100 pounds... I dont want to think about the recoil this would generate. I just thought I would mention this, so if this wasnt what yall were envisioning, something could be done. -Az, who thinks SS Sounds incredibly awesome.

Doubt it. The X-wing's engines are near flush with the hull (although on the wings). The ship is probably the cargo tug with no containers as shown on Neon Soldier's pictures link.

Yeah, I figured it was probably a container-less cargo tug too.
Keep in mind, however, that I said inspired. My point was that it had X-shaped wings. You have a point, however—the X-Wing has engines very near the main "body" of the ship, and lasers on the ends of the wings. The X-Wing is also, in my opinion, one of the coolest fighters ever dreamed up.
Back on topic...that's an awesome picture. But it looks more like an enormous mother ship than an asteroid colony. Not that I care—I couldn't make something that good if you gave me a year to do it.
Keep up the good work, and I hope SS will be released soon.
(Yes, I registered EVN, for those who know about my lawn mowings...and believe me, downloading SS will dfinately be on my to-do list.)

Now, you just gotta make a TC!! When I first got Nova, I didn't realise that my computer clock was set to 1956 or something because I had a low clock battery. So I fix my clock after starting it up nova, and the next time I try to play, Hector is out for blood. Registered VERY soon after.

Matrix is correct; that is a cargo tug with no attached container.
It was not inspired by the x-wing. In fact, that's the first I've ever noticed the resemblance. It was designed that way so the engines would protrude beyond the width of the cargo container and the thrust wouldn't be impeded.
