I know that you won't find the EVN source. I doubt you can find the EV or EVO source either, though you might. It'd probably still be illegal though. I'd give up on getting it anytime soon.

Only one word: Nowhere. Ambrosia (and Mr Burch for Nova) have never released the source code. And i don't think they will.
Maybe you could find a source code, but it would be highly illegal, and the answer isn't on these board.
